Shari Wolf founded Natural Grace in 2010 with a clear vision: to create a more thoughtful, transparent, and environmentally conscious approach to funeral care. At a time when families were often met with limited options and unclear pricing, she set out to build something different—an experience rooted in clarity, integrity, and genuine support.

With over 15 years of experience serving families across Southern California, Shari is known for her steady guidance, attention to detail, and deeply personal approach to care. She remains closely involved with the families Natural Grace serves, ensuring that every service reflects the values the company was built on.

Tawny Randell

Director of Care and Operations

Tawny has been an integral part of Natural Grace for almost a decade, working alongside Shari to help build the company into what it is today. She plays a central role in both the daily operations and the care of the families we serve.

Tawny works closely with individuals and families to guide them through arrangements and pre-planning with clarity, compassion, and attention to detail. Known for her calm presence and strong organizational leadership, she ensures that every aspect of the process runs smoothly while maintaining a high level of personal care.

Tawny is fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Funeral Assistant and Marketing Manager

Gabriel plays a key role in both the day-to-day care of families and the continued growth of Natural Grace. He works closely with families to ensure every detail is handled with clarity, compassion, and professionalism, while also leading the company’s marketing and outreach efforts.
